Return Policy

We adore our L'ange customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us! We will gladly accept returns of eligible styling tools within 60 days from the date of delivery confirmation, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

International Returns are not accepted at this time. We currently accept returns only from orders shipped within the United States.

All returns that result in a refund will incur a flat $8.50 handling fee, which is charged per return and will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee does not apply to products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Your Return Options-
When initiating a return for an eligible item, you will be able to choose one of the following options:

• Exchange: You may exchange your product for a different variant (e.g., color, size, etc.) of the same product, subject to availability.

• Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. The amount refunded will be the price you paid for the individual product, including the taxes on that product, minus the flat $8.50 handling fee. The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

• Store Credit: You may opt to receive Store Credit equal to the price you paid for the individual product, including the taxes on that product. If you choose this option, the flat $8.50 handling fee will be waived. The original shipping fee remains non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Ready to get your return started? It's easy—just head to our Return Center at returns.langehair.com and initiate your request. To look up your order, enter your order number along with the email address or zip code associated with your purchase.

From there, you can select the tool you'd like to return, provide the reason, and include any additional comments. The portal will guide you through the process and allow you to generate a return shipping label.

Once you review and agree to the Estimated Refund/Store Credit amount and the items being returned, hit the "Submit Return" button. You’ll receive a confirmation email soon after with the next steps for your return.

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days once we process your return. Please note that the refund amount will be the purchase price plus tax, minus the $8.50 handling fee, and the original shipping fee is not refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We hope this makes the whole return process super-simple for you!

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

• Hair Care items

• Accessories 

• Value Sets & Bundles

• Free items (Giveaways)

• Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase

• Items outside of Original Packaging

• Items that have been used beyond initial inspection or are damaged due to customer misuse (Items must be in good condition and with original packaging to be considered eligible for return)
  

• Defective/Damaged Items are eligible for replacement or refund under our warranty policy - see Limited Warranty section below 

If you send a hair care product back, you will only be refunded for the tool(s) included. Hair Care Products & Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Free items or orders that were purchased with a free item discount code are considered final sale. We may allow a return of a purchased tool within this order, exclusively for Store Credit. Refunds will not be issued for this.

Limited Warranty

We are pleased to offer a limited warranty on L'ange Hair styling tool products. Our limited warranty covers the product against damage caused by faulty material and/or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. At our discretion, L'ange Hair will either issue store credit for the cost of the order or exchange the damaged/defective product covered under this warranty. No handling fees or shipping charges will apply to valid warranty claims. Please note: This warranty is valid for one replacement only. It does not renew or extend after a replacement is issued.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect voltage supply, dropping, or failure to follow instructions enclosed in product packaging.

• Damages resulting from accident, day to day wear and tear including product build-up, scratched or damaged plates, abuse of the electrical cord, neglect in safety, or the use of unauthorized attachments.

• Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair.

Our limited warranty covers only styling tools. Hair Care & Accessories products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, consistent with hygiene and consumer safety laws.
